Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Can I return customized or altered products?
Since each piece is handcrafted and made with care, customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect. Please double-check sizing before placing custom orders.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I get a piece customized to my measurements?

Are your designs permanent?
We specialize in limited-edition collections. Once a design or fabric run is sold out, it is rarely restocked to maintain the exclusivity of our "timeless drip."
