1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India only.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Free for all orders.

Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – Available at an additional charge of ₹150.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link. You can track your order status on our website or via the courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Weather conditions

Customs clearance

Logistics disruptions

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at lajjoandchaila@gmail.com within 48 hours.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lajjo and Chhailaa will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
