At Lajjo & Chhailaa, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom or personalized products are not eligible unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for our team to confirm and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please use a trackable service—we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order after returning the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at lajjoandchaila@gmail.com. We'll resolve it promptly.
